Mission Statement

To promptly record, file and preserve documents accurately in an efficient, responsible and professional manner for the posterity and legal purposes.

The Faribault County Recorder is the custodian of legal records pertaining to Real Estate, Birth, Death, Marriage, Minister Credentials, Notary Public, Military Discharges, and Tax Liens.  We are also able to process Passport applications, including photos.
