Part-time Dispatch

Faribault County Central Services is accepting applications for a non-union part-time Dispatcher in the Faribault County Sheriff’s Office. 

Dispatch duties include skillful and prompt operation of radio, computer, and telephone for law enforcement purposes. The applicant must have the ability to understand, interpret, and be responsible for maintaining compliance with established rules and regulations within the Sheriff’s Office; as well as understand data privacy laws and inmate legal rights.  Must be able to act without direct supervision and exercise good judgment in meeting emergencies.  Good keyboarding/computer skills are required, CPR/First Aid training helpful but not required.  Minimum age is 18. Training required annually.  Wage is $20.73/hour.
